How this website works, how enquiries work, and what you can expect from us.
Last updated 23 July 2026
This website is here to share our story and what we grow. It is not a shop. Nothing you see here is a binding offer, and everything on the farm changes with the season.
These terms apply to this website, which is run by Shiv Prakrutik Farm of Village Valli, Tarapur, Anand, Gujarat, India.
By using the site, you are agreeing to what is set out below. If you do not agree with something here, please do not use the site, and do feel free to tell us why.
This site exists so you can learn who we are, see how we farm, read about what chemical-free growing means, and get in touch if you would like what we grow.
There is no shopping basket, no checkout, and no online payment. Everything works by conversation. You tell us what you are looking for, and we reply.
A farm is not a warehouse. What we can offer depends on the season, the weather, and the soil, and it changes from week to week.
So please read anything shown on this website as an invitation to ask, not as a promise that something is in stock or a binding offer to sell.
Availability, quantity and price are settled directly between us when you enquire, and an order exists only once we have both agreed it in that conversation.
We describe our farming honestly. We grow without synthetic fertilisers or pesticides, using traditional natural-farming methods, and we say so plainly because it is true.
Natural produce varies. Size, colour and shape differ from one harvest to the next, and that variation is normal rather than a fault.
Some pages on this site share research-based information about food, farming and health. Every figure we quote is attributed to a named public source, such as the World Health Organization, the Food and Agriculture Organization, or Indian government bodies, and those sources are listed so you can read them yourself.
This information is general and educational. It is not medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. For any question about your own health or your family’s diet, please speak with a qualified doctor.
Where the evidence is mixed or still developing, we say so on the page rather than overstating it.
The writing, photographs, illustrations, design and layout on this site belong to the farm, unless we have credited someone else.
You are very welcome to read, print or share a page for your own personal use, and to link to us from anywhere.
Please ask us first before republishing our writing or photographs, using them commercially, or presenting them as your own. We are usually happy to say yes.
We ask that you use this website lawfully and in a way that does not spoil it for anyone else. Please do not:
Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Copy the site wholesale, or harvest content from it automatically.
Use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising or anything unlawful.
Misrepresent yourself, or pretend a message comes from someone it does not.
Visitors are welcome, and we ask that you arrange your visit with us beforehand rather than arriving unannounced.
A working farm has uneven ground, water, tools and sometimes animals. When you are here, please follow the guidance we give you, keep to the areas we show you, and keep children with an adult at all times.
Please come in good health, and let us know in advance if anyone in your group needs particular assistance so we can prepare for it.
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete or free of error at every moment.
The site may also be unavailable from time to time, for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and we may change or remove content without notice.
Where we link to another website, we do it because we think it is useful or because we are citing a source.
We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
We offer this website in good faith, as an honest account of our farm.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, from relying on general information published here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited, including in relation to the produce we actually supply to you.
How we handle the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms as the farm and the website change. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Anand, Gujarat will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If anything here is unclear, please ask us.
